Jasmax invited NZ Built Limited to tender on a new house designed by the practice at 10 Frenz Drive, Titirangi. NZ Built won the tender and built the house to a high standard.

While there were a number of difficulties in the early stages of the project, these were mainly relating to subcontractors and project management exacerbated by bad weather on a difficult site. NZ Built resolved these and you in particular very responsive in trying to ensure an excellent result for the client.
