Housing New Zealand, Talbot Park, Glen Innes – NZ Built Reference

As Engineer to the building contract, acting on behalf of Housing New Zealand Corporation, I can confirm that NZ Built were appointed as principle contractor under the Lot 2 housing development. This development consists of the construction of 21 separate and self-contained houses.

The project is currently ongoing and programmed under a series of phased completions. I can confirm that NZ Built has successfully to time and quality completed and met all their obligations with the initial phased completions, now totalling approximately 66% of the project.

NZ Built’s attitude through their site and senior management has been exemplary throughout and I would recommend them as a contractor for any similar work.
